Below I will explain furthermore different colors of primers:
- Flesh Tone Base: Most eyeshadow bases are this color no matter what its consistency is. The reason why most primers are this color is because it doesn't only create a barrier between your eyelids and your eyeshadow, but it will cover any imperfections you may have in your eyelids like dark or red spots, veins uneven skin tone or any other imperfections you want to cover up.
- White Base: The white base is often use when you want your eyeshadow color to really pop. You want to use this base when you want those vibrant colors, like Yellow, Blue, Orange...etc to really show a get the true color of the eyeshadow.
- Color Bases: These come in different forms, and most if not all are cream eyeshadow. They come in sticks/pencil, pots or tubes. You use these when you want a different effect on your eyeshadow, example: you want your turquoise shadow to really pop use a turquoise base to get the most color out of the eyeshadow.
