My Natural Look: #AllNaturalStyleSecrets

 Lucky and Seventh Generation invited me to join in their #AllNaturalStyleSecrets Challenge and show of  my chic yet effortless natural look. This pretty much was an easy task for me because I don't always have a full face of makeup. Most of the time I just wear mascara, eyeliner and lipstick, if  I have a couple extra minutes I will define my eyebrows and wear a little eyeshadow. BTW white eyeliner in the bottom lashline is one of my secrets to making your eyes brighter and awake its such a life saver! This is the look I usually go for when running errands along with some jeans and a tank top its fast and easy and fresh. My hair is natural, to tame it a bit I put some anti-frizz serum, the only actual makeup is in my eyes and lips I am not wearing any foundation all I am wearing in my face is the Seventh Generation Boosts Firming Serum which gives me a natural glow without looking greasy and leaves my skin soft.

 I used Buck in my crease and Half Baked on my lids and in the inner corners of my eyes.

 

 

 I have been using Seventh Generation Boosts Firming Serum for about two weeks, even though I don't have mature skin I have seen improvement in my skin. I have acne prone skin and have scarring all over my face from previous breakouts, some redness from the scaring has slightly faded a bit and my skin feels more hydrated.      For the last two months my sister and I have been busy choreographing a couple of dances for a neighbors Quinceañera (Sweet 15 or 16 for some) Now we are in no way professionals nor charge or do this for a living but we both have choreograph both our own and our younger sister's Quiceañera dances so maybe we do have a little experience and she ask for our help and couldn't say no. The last thing on my mind was what I was going to wear that day! but once again HotMiamiStyles saved the day! It was very hard to decide which dress to get, there's so many great options for every kind of occasion but at the end I opted for this lime color block dresses perfect for wearing all day/night light enough for a hot summer day like it was that day. 4th Of July Nail Art

Happy 4th of July! here is a quick post of  my latest nail art for this 4th of July. For those of you who may not know what the 4th of July means, It's our independence day here in the United States. It's the day where we commemorate the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4,1776 declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain. Since today is a holiday there will be BBQ's, parades,and lots of fun! oh yeah and of course fireworks at night! hope everyone has a good one and

Celebrity Inspired Look: Blake Lively

 

I'm so excited with this post because it's my very first celebrity inspired look. A couple of weeks ago I was browsing through Hot Miami Styles  like I always do, I love their site it's my go to site for dresses pretty much because most their dresses fit me well length wise. I might of talked about this in another post, but I always have a hard time finding dresses that fit me. Most dresses that are "supposed" to fit me at mid thigh fit me way above mid thigh and its not that I'm a supper tall girl I'm 5' 6" which I think is an average height right?!?! but I do have these awesome long legs! and that's why most dresses fit me like long tops or tunics.

  Ok so back on topic!.... I came across this black and beige strapless dress and it immediately reminded me of the dress that Blake Lively wore to the red carpet premier of Savages last year. She wore a Zuhair Murad gown I believe it was from his spring 2012 couture collection and jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz. This dress from Hot Miami Styles is very similar the big difference is the price of course and its a more wearable knee leght dress. This is a great dress for a romantic dinner,a night out with the girls or even a business dinner you can just put on a blazer the possibilities are endless! I absolutely love it! the dress is fully lined, its stretchy, its has a side invisible zipper,padded cups.     Estoy muy emocionada con este post, porque es mi primer look inspirado por una celebridad. Hace un par de semanas estaba navegando por Hot Miami Styles como siempre lo hago, me encanta su sitio es uno mi sitio favorito para comprar vestidos porque la mayoría de sus vestidos se adaptan bien al cuerpo y me quedan perfecto de lo largo. hable de esto en otro post, pero siempre tengo problemas para encontrar vestidos que me queden bien de lo largo La mayoría de los vestidos que se "supone" que me queden en la mitad del muslo me queda muy por encima de la mitad del muslo y no es que yo soy una super chica alta yo mido 5 '6 ", que creo que es una estatura media verdad?!?! Ok De vuelta al asunto! .... Me encontré con este vestido strapless negro y beige, y de inmediato me recordó el vestido que Blake Lively usó en la alfombra roja de la premier de la pelicula Savages el año pasado. Llevaba un vestido de Zuhair Murad Creo que fue de la colección primavera de 2012 de alta costura y joyas de Lorraine Schwartz. Este vestido de Hot Miami Styles es muy similar la gran diferencia es el precio, por supuesto, y es un vestido hasta la rodilla. Este vestido lo puedes usar para una cena romántica, una noche de fiesta con las chicas o incluso una cena de negocios puedes simplemente ponerte un Blazer y listo, las posibilidades son infinitas! Me encanta el vestido! es totalmente forrado, es elástico, tiene un cierre oculto, copas acolchadas. Las rayas en este vestido son ideales el para acentuar y da forma al cuerpo. Nail Stuff!

   A few months ago....well to be exact on New Years Eve I received a package from Mont Bleu I open it very excited  and saw all the goodies they had send me, then I put it away and went on my way to receive the new year. A couple of days after I tried looking for the package but I guess I put it away so well I did find it myself! But finally I found it  a couple weeks ago and wanted to share what they send me as well as a couple of pictures of  nail art.    Hace unos meses .... bueno, para ser exactos en la víspera de Año Nuevo, recibí un paquete de Mont Bleu lo abri muy emocionada y vi todo lo bueno que me enviaron, entonces lo guardé y seguí mi camino para recibir el nuevo año. Un par de días después, traté de buscar el paquete, pero supongo que lo guardé tan bien que ni yo lo encontre!
